The Graston Technique is a patented form of
instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.
Specially designed instruments enable doctors
to effectively detect and treat scar tissue and
restrictions in muscles and ligaments. The
technique separates and breaks down scar tissue
and stretches connective tissue and muscle
fibers. Healing time is reduced and the quality
of healed tissue is markedly improved.
Graston has excellent results with:
* Neck and Low Back Pain
* Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
* Plantar Fasciitis
* Tennis and Golfer's Elbow (epicondylitis)
* Rotator Cuff Conditions
* Knee Pain
* Achilles Tendinitis
* Scar Tissue
* Trigger Finger
* Shin Splints
Graston Technique has become standard protocol
in many universities and hospital settings. It
is used by many NBA, NHL and MLB trainers and
is now available in Rochester, New York. Our
doctors are certified experts inGraston
Technique.
