Your out of pocket expense will be dictated by your insurance plan if you have one. It is usually the cost of your specialist copayment - frequently about $15 to $25.

Without insurance, your cost is usually about $65 for an initial consultation, examination and treatment. Additional visits are about $45. Costs will vary somewhat based on the care your condition requires. Fees for Medicare patients are set much lower by the government. Worker's Compensation and No-Fault (automobile accident insurance) patients have no out of pocket expense for treatment.

Our doctors are on the provider panels for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Blue Choice, Aetna, Medicare, ViaHealth, Cigna, MVP, Preferred Care and many other plans.  Referrals for chiropractic care are rarely necessary on any plan in the Rochester area but check your insurer to to be certain.

Payment is expected at the time of your visit. Patients may pay by cash, check or credit card.
